Miss Triumph 2007 Street Party

Street Party – Miss Triumph, 7 Dec 2007, The Curve, Mutiara Damansara
It was a nice event. However, many of the photographers waited since afternoon. The actual party started at 9 PM. We got very bored because the hosts talked a lot and the singers sang so many songs. We were here not to see the hosts or singers. We were here to see the fashion show and the contestants. Cut short their performances and focused more on the catwalks. Many of us were running out of batteries (even brought spare). The saddest thing was the contestants only showed one or two dresses for less than 15 minutes and they walked very fast (then, the show ended) whereas many of the photographers and fans had waited for 3 to 5 hours. The lightings were very bad. So many colourful spotlights. Luckily, there were very cool dances – African, Salsa and Brazilian.
